What areas do you service?

What is your weight limit?Any dogs larger than 75 pounds will require a consultation before service in order to ensure their safety.

How can I make my area a service area?We are happy to travel to other locations! We do require a minimum of 3 dog grooms to be scheduled on the day of your service in order for us to make special trips.

What are your hours?We begin booking our appointments as early as 10am, and as late as 4pm Monday through Thursdays! If you have a special request outside of those hours, please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate your circumstances.

My dog is in heat. Can I still book her for an appointment?Yes - however we do require a $25 sanitation fee for the extra cleaning required of your pet during that time.

Can I stay with my dog during the service?We understand your concern for your pet’s comfort during their grooming session. However, for safety reasons, we kindly ask that pet owners do not remain in the mobile grooming van while their pets are being groomed. Mobile grooming vans are designed to accommodate the grooming process efficiently and safely. Having additional people in the confined space can disrupt the groomer's ability to work safely and could potentially lead to accidents or injuries.

How did you decide on your prices?We have selected our prices based on the premium products we use on each pet, as well as the convenience of bringing our top notch grooming services directly to your doorstep. We also pride ourselves on the professional quality of the grooms, which contributes to our overall pricing structure. We appreciate your support!

What forms of payment do you take?We accept cash and all credit card types. We do not accept checks or paypal at this time.

Do you offer any discounts?Our referral program rewards you for spreading the word about our services! If you're an existing client and refer a new client to us, you'll receive 10% off your next appointment once the new client books with us. Additionally, the referred new client will receive 15% off their first appointment as a welcome gift from us. It's our way of thanking you for recommending us and welcoming new clients into our community! We also offer a 10% discount for clients that are reoccurring on a 4 or 6 week schedule, and a 5% discount for reoccurring bath appointments on a 2 to 6 week schedule.

Do I still have to pay full price if my dog's groom was incomplete?In the event that your groomer determines it is unsafe or impractical to complete the grooming session, our policy requires that we still charge the full price of the scheduled appointment. This ensures that we can continue to maintain the safety and well-being of both our groomers and the animals.

Is the mobile van eco friendly?We proudly work out of an energy efficient battery operated 24’ Mercedes 2500 Sprinter that has been outfitted for all of your dogs want and needs.
